I had such a great experience at Main Event! I came with my friends to go bowling, and our server Carlos.C provided excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in on us, made sure our food was good, and helped make our visit enjoyable. We visited Main Event tonight, and what started out as a good night ended on a bad note. We arrived at 8 pm and bowled until pretty much closing time. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to take care of us. Unfortunately, the bartender completely ruined what had started out as a good experience. When I ordered my first drink through our server, she came back with something different and apologized, explaining that the bartender didn’t want to make my original drink because he was doing inventory. This was still about two hours before closing, which was surprising. I understand inventory has to get done, but guests should never feel like they’re an inconvenience during normal operating hours. Later in the evening, before we finished bowling, we told our server we’d like one last round of drinks and that we’d pick them up at the bar. When we walked over, the bartender immediately said, “I’m closed,” and gave us a clear “get out of here” attitude. Our server apologized and explained that she had placed the order before he closed, but he had stepped away from the bar. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. The manager MARA went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that every guest felt valued. A special thank you to the staff members RICK and TONY who took care of us—they were friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable with their positive attitude and excellent service.

Fantastic Place to Take the Kidos! This was our first time there, I really appreciate the Lady and the gift room. Her name is Ritz, or at least that’s what her name tag says. She was patient kind, professional honest, reassuring, and made my granddaughter. Feel absolutely safe before becoming a human crane. I want to thank the entire staff, but mostly Ritz for all the fun that we had yesterday. I hope it’s OK that I put the photo of you out there with chicken.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Angel A at Main Event! He was an amazing manager and truly went above and beyond for us. We had an issue with a 30-minute free play card for my sister’s birthday, and while others weren’t able to help, Angel stepped in and took care of it right away. He was attentive, understanding, and made sure we were taken care of before going back to his duties. Thanks to him, my sister’s birthday was even more special. We really appreciate his outstanding customer service!
